Directions

  • Step 1

    Pat dry wings and season to taste.

  • Step 2

    Place wings in bag / bags. Place in sous vide container after selected temperature has been met.

  • Step 3

    Remove bags upon completing sous vide.

  • Step 4

    If freezing first, place bags in an ice bath for several minutes. Remove and dry bags; place in freezer.

  • Step 5

    If eating soon, you can eat as is, slop with bbq sauce and quicky broil or grill.
