  1. Pat dry wings and season to taste.
  2. Place wings in bag / bags. Place in sous vide container after selected temperature has been met.
  3. Remove bags upon completing sous vide.
  4. If freezing first, place bags in an ice bath for several minutes. Remove and dry bags; place in freezer.
  5. If eating soon, you can eat as is, slop with bbq sauce and quicky broil or grill.
