- Pat dry wings and season to taste.
- Place wings in bag / bags. Place in sous vide container after selected temperature has been met.
- Remove bags upon completing sous vide.
- If freezing first, place bags in an ice bath for several minutes. Remove and dry bags; place in freezer.
- If eating soon, you can eat as is, slop with bbq sauce and quicky broil or grill.
