Two pork chops from the same wild pig. One was perfect and the other was a bit tough. Amazing flavor on both. (This recipe is for frozen chops). *note* if Pork Chops are not frozen, only Sous Vide for 1 hour. If thick chops, add 10 min.

Ingredients for 2

  • 2 Frozen Pork Chops

  • Olive oil

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Dried Italian Herbs

  • Minced Garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients in bag with chops and seal. If not Frozen, only Sous Vide for 1 hour. Off thicker chops, add 10 minutes.

      Sear on grill or in pan with oil for 2 minutes each side.
