Wild Pig Pork Chops (Frozen)
Two pork chops from the same wild pig. One was perfect and the other was a bit tough. Amazing flavor on both. (This recipe is for frozen chops). *note* if Pork Chops are not frozen, only Sous Vide for 1 hour. If thick chops, add 10 min.

Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Pork Chops
- Olive oil
- Fresh Rosemary
- Salt
- Dried Italian Herbs
- Minced Garlic
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in bag with chops and seal. If not Frozen, only Sous Vide for 1 hour. Off thicker chops, add 10 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Sear on grill or in pan with oil for 2 minutes each side.
