Directions

  • Step 1

    Apply binder (mustard)

    Smoke at 110c for 2hours

  • Step 4

    Sous Vide at 56c for 22hrs

  • Step 5

    Sear over coals

  • Step 6

    Let rest for 30-45mins

  • Step 7
