- Your favourite binder (I used Dijon mustard)
Directions
- Apply binder (mustard)
- Apply rubs
- Smoke at 110c for 2hours
- Sous Vide at 56c for 22hrs
- Sear over coals
- Let rest for 30-45mins
- Serve
