  • 4 pieces of beef or ox tail

  • White pepper

  • Salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season the beef or ox tails thoroughly with white pepper and salt

  • Step 3

    Place in ziploc bag and sous vide for 24-30 hrs.

    • Grill

    • Step 0

      Remove the oxtails from the ziploc bag and pat dry.

    • Step 1

      Grill at high heat until desired outside crispiness is achieved on all sides.
