Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Season the beef or ox tails thoroughly with white pepper and salt
  3. Place in ziploc bag and sous vide for 24-30 hrs.

Grill

  1. Remove the oxtails from the ziploc bag and pat dry.
  2. Grill at high heat until desired outside crispiness is achieved on all sides.
