Ingredients
- 4 pieces of beef or ox tail
- White pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Season the beef or ox tails thoroughly with white pepper and salt
- Place in ziploc bag and sous vide for 24-30 hrs.
Grill
- Remove the oxtails from the ziploc bag and pat dry.
- Grill at high heat until desired outside crispiness is achieved on all sides.
