Ingredients for 1

  • 12-16 oz. American Wagyu Ribeye Steak

  • Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Season the steak with salt and pepper and place in a vacuum bag and seal. Add to water bath.

  • Step 3

    20 minutes before the steak is finished cooking heat your grill to 550-600 degrees. When the cook is complete remove the steak from the bag and pat dry. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side (you can also use a torch).

  • Step 4

    Remove from grill (cover with foil) and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Step 5

    Note: The steak I bought is from Walmart, yep. The taste was amazing and it was fork tender. Normally I buy prime steaks, but this is my new go to steak for dinner.
