Ingredients for 2

  • Premium Wagyu Ribeye Steak (800grams)

  • Smashed garlic

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil (for seasoning steak)

  • Macadamia nut oil (or any other with high smoke point)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Drizzle olive oil over the steak (both sides) and add salt and pepper

  • Step 2

    Take a whole garlic clove (per steak), place it on a hard surface then crush with the palm of your hand. Place it in the middle of your steak, add the rosemary and thyme

  • Step 3

    Place the steak into a large zip lock bag or vacuum seal bag (1 bag per steak) and seal using either water immersion technique or a vacuum sealer.

  • Step 4

    Once water is up to temperate submerge the steaks and cook for 2 hours at 60 degrees Celsius/140 degrees Fahrenheit
