Ingredients for 2
250gram Wagyu fillet. Use thick fillets
Butter and Avocado Oil
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt
Directions

Step 1
Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic salt

Vacuum seal. Can leave in the fridge overnight if preferred or use straight away

Set water temp to 135c. When temp is reached place steaks in sous vide bath. Let them cook for 4hrs.

After time has elapsed, pat them dry and prepare for searing

Finishing Steps

Heat searing pan with avocado oil and sear steaks. Add some butter to oil to help sear. Sear for only 20 seconds per side, flipping 4 times. This will keep and even look and lock in juices
