Ingredients
- 250gram Wagyu fillet. Use thick fillets
- Butter and Avocado Oil
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt
Directions
- Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic salt
- Vacuum seal. Can leave in the fridge overnight if preferred or use straight away
- Set water temp to 135c. When temp is reached place steaks in sous vide bath. Let them cook for 4hrs.
- After time has elapsed, pat them dry and prepare for searing
Finishing Steps
- Heat searing pan with avocado oil and sear steaks. Add some butter to oil to help sear. Sear for only 20 seconds per side, flipping 4 times. This will keep and even look and lock in juices
