  • Dales marinade

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Chipotle pepper powder

Directions

  • Step 1

    Marinate 12-24 hours in Dales marinade Garlic powder Onion powder Chipotle pepper powder

  • Step 2

    Sous vide at 125 degrees for 4 hours

  • Step 3

    Sear approx 1 min per side in pan with grass fed butter or on grill

  • Step 4

    Let rest for 10 mins then slice across the grain and serve
