Ingredients
- 4- 3/4 to 1” venison steaks
- Dales marinade
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Chipotle pepper powder
Directions
- Marinate 12-24 hours in

Onion powder
Chipotle pepper powder
- Sous vide at 125 degrees for 4 hours
- Sear approx 1 min per side in pan with grass fed butter or on grill
- Let rest for 10 mins then slice across the grain and serve
Finishing Steps
- Sear approx 1 min per side
Then let rest 10mins
Cut across the grain and serve
