Ingredients for 5
1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream
1.5 cups of whole milk
3/4 cup white sugar
5 egg yolks
1.5 tablespoons of vanilla
Directions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or whisk by hand until fully blended.

Step 2
Place mixture in a gallon size zip lock bag and remove as much air as possible.

Step 3
Cook at a temperature of 180° for one hour making sure the bag is submerged fully.

Step 4
After cooking, place in a ice bath for at least two hours or until completely chilled.

Place chilled mixture in an ice cream maker and finish according to those directions. Enjoy!!
