A yummy way to make frozen custard at home using a Sous Vide and your favorite ice cream maker.

Temperature : 180F / 82.2C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or whisk by hand until fully blended.
  2. Place mixture in a gallon size zip lock bag and remove as much air as possible.
  3. Cook at a temperature of 180° for one hour making sure the bag is submerged fully.
  4. After cooking, place in a ice bath for at least two hours or until completely chilled.

Finishing Steps

  1. Place chilled mixture in an ice cream maker and finish according to those directions. Enjoy!!
