Ingredients for 2
Lamb Chops - 2x
Rosemary - 1 sprig (chopped)
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tbs.
Salt + Pepper - To taste
Olive Oil - 2 tbs.
Directions

Step 1
Set the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135° F

In a bowl, mix together garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper

Rub the mixture into the lamb and place the lamp chops in a zip-top bag

Seal the bag using the water displacement method. Set the timer to 2 hrs. and cook

Pat dry the lamb chops and let chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 min.

Sear for ~1 min. per side to caramelize the outside
