Ingredients for 2

  • Lamb Chops - 2x

  • Rosemary - 1 sprig (chopped)

  • Garlic - 2 cloves

  • Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tbs.

  • Salt + Pepper - To taste

  • Olive Oil - 2 tbs.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135° F

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix together garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper

  • Step 3

    Rub the mixture into the lamb and place the lamp chops in a zip-top bag

  • Step 4

    Seal the bag using the water displacement method. Set the timer to 2 hrs. and cook

      Pat dry the lamb chops and let chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 min.

    • Step 1

      Sear for ~1 min. per side to caramelize the outside

    • Step 2

      Let rest for 5 min. before serving
