Ingredients for 4
Chicken breasts (I use 1kg)
Lemon or lime juice
Turmeric
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Optional other spices like Garam masala or cayenne pepper
Little sunflower oil
Directions

Step 1
Mix garlic, ginger, spices, lemon or lime juice, and oil together and coat chicken breasts. Place in vacuum or ziploc bag and seal. Let the chicken marinade for a few hours in the fridge.

Step 2
Place chicken bag into sous vide bath at 65.5 Celsius for 2 hours

Step 3
Brown off chicken breasts in a hot skillet or pan right before serving. A blow torch can also be used.

Serve with couscous, pilaf rice, or a green salad!
