  1. Mix garlic, ginger, spices, lemon or lime juice, and oil together and coat chicken breasts. Place in vacuum or ziploc bag and seal. Let the chicken marinade for a few hours in the fridge.
  2. Place chicken bag into sous vide bath at 65.5 Celsius for 2 hours
  3. Brown off chicken breasts in a hot skillet or pan right before serving. A blow torch can also be used.
  4. Serve with couscous, pilaf rice, or a green salad!
