Turmeric chicken breasts
A great way to have tender and juicy chicken breasts every time! A guaranteed crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (I use 1kg)
- Lemon or lime juice
- Turmeric
- Garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Optional other spices like Garam masala or cayenne pepper
- Little sunflower oil
Directions
- Mix garlic, ginger, spices, lemon or lime juice, and oil together and coat chicken breasts. Place in vacuum or ziploc bag and seal. Let the chicken marinade for a few hours in the fridge.
- Place chicken bag into sous vide bath at 65.5 Celsius for 2 hours
- Brown off chicken breasts in a hot skillet or pan right before serving. A blow torch can also be used.
- Serve with couscous, pilaf rice, or a green salad!
