Ingredients for 3

  • Aldi 1 lb. 8 oz. marinated crack peppper Fit and Active Turkey Breast Tenderloin package. Note, there are two tenderloins in each package

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes. If necessary add a weight to keep the package under water. It is ok to leave it in a little longer while preparing sides.

  • Step 3

    When ready to finish, remove from water, open bag and pat dry each of the tenderloins
