Ingredients
- Aldi 1 lb. 8 oz. marinated crack peppper Fit and Active Turkey Breast Tenderloin package. Note, there are two tenderloins in each package
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
- Cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes. If necessary add a weight to keep the package under water. It is ok to leave it in a little longer while preparing sides.
- When ready to finish, remove from water, open bag and pat dry each of the tenderloins
