  • Turkey fillet - 600 grams

  • Plain yogurt - 150 grams

  • Dijon mustard - 50 grams

  • Kosher salt

  • Black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 65ºC / 149.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Make sure to thoroughly wash and dry the meat.

  • Step 3

    Season the turkey fillet with salt and pepper, then spread yogurt and mustard on it.

  • Step 4

    Seal the meat in a vacuum bag on moist setting. Cook in water bath for 3 hours.
