  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 65ºC / 149.0ºF
  2. Make sure to thoroughly wash and dry the meat.
  3. Season the turkey fillet with salt and pepper, then spread yogurt and mustard on it.
  4. Seal the meat in a vacuum bag on moist setting. Cook in water bath for 3 hours.
