Ingredients
- Turkey fillet - 600 grams
- Plain yogurt - 150 grams
- Dijon mustard - 50 grams
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 65ºC / 149.0ºF
- Make sure to thoroughly wash and dry the meat.
- Season the turkey fillet with salt and pepper, then spread yogurt and mustard on it.
- Seal the meat in a vacuum bag on moist setting. Cook in water bath for 3 hours.
