Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC

  • Step 2

    Place in 2 gallon resealable vag and pour stock in till turkey submerged.

  • Step 3

    Place in cooker bath 24 hours.

      Carefully remove turkey from bag. Pat dry. Rest on counter 30 mins

    • Step 1

      Heat oven 450. Place turkey in and roast 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy.

    • Step 2

      Carve and serve
