  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC
  2. Place in 2 gallon resealable vag and pour stock in till turkey submerged.
  3. Place in cooker bath 24 hours.

  1. Carefully remove turkey from bag. Pat dry. Rest on counter 30 mins
  2. Heat oven 450. Place turkey in and roast 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Carve and serve
