Ingredients
- 10-14 lb turkey
- 2 quarts broth
- Salt pepper or rub
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC
- Place in 2 gallon resealable vag and pour stock in till turkey submerged.
- Place in cooker bath 24 hours.

- Carefully remove turkey from bag. Pat dry. Rest on counter 30 mins
- Heat oven 450.
Place turkey in and roast 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
