Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 110.0ºF / 43.3ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season steaks with salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Add slice of lemon per tuna steak

  • Step 4

    Add slice of butter on both sides

  • Step 5

    Cook in water bath
