Ingredients
- Tuna steaks (yellow fin or ahi)
- Butter
- Lemon
- Black and White Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 110.0ºF / 43.3ºC.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper
- Add slice of lemon per tuna steak
- Add slice of butter on both sides
- Cook in water bath
Coat In Sesame Seeds
- Put black and white sesame seeds on a plate
- Coat each steak generously
