  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 110.0ºF / 43.3ºC.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper
  3. Add slice of lemon per tuna steak
  4. Add slice of butter on both sides
  5. Cook in water bath

  1. Put black and white sesame seeds on a plate
  2. Coat each steak generously
