Ingredients for 5

  • 3 lb. Tri Tip

  • Four sprigs of Rosemary

  • Kosher Salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season tri tip with Kosher Salt. Place in large Ziplock bag and add two sprigs of Rosemary on each side of Roast.

  • Step 3

    Place roast in water bath for four hours.

      Let meat stand for 10 minutes in bag. Remove from bag, and pat dry.

    • Step 1

      Sear quickly on very hot charcoal grill. Slice against the grain, serve with baked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
