Ingredients
- 3 lb. Tri Tip
- Four sprigs of Rosemary
- Kosher Salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Season tri tip with Kosher Salt. Place in large Ziplock bag and add two sprigs of Rosemary on each side of Roast.
- Place roast in water bath for four hours.
- Let meat stand for 10 minutes in bag. Remove from bag, and pat dry.
- Sear quickly on very hot charcoal grill. Slice against the grain, serve with baked potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
