Ingredients for 1

  • Tri tip steak

  • Sea salt

  • Cracked black pepper

  • Granulated garlic

  • Rosemary

  • Butter

  • High smoke point oil I use grape seed

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season your tri tip with salt, pepper, and garlic

  • Step 3

    Place in bag with butter and rosemary

  • Step 4

    Cook for 2 hours on 128 F

    • Stove Top

    • Step 0

      Get cast iron pan on high heat with the oils and butter

    • Step 1

      Sear steaks on all sides

    • Step 2

      Slice across the grain and enjoy!
