Ingredients
- Tri tip steak
- Sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
- Granulated garlic
- Rosemary
- Butter
- High smoke point oil I use grape seed
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.
- Season your tri tip with salt, pepper, and garlic
- Place in bag with butter and rosemary
- Cook for 2 hours on 128 F
Stove Top
- Get cast iron pan on high heat with the oils and butter
- Sear steaks on all sides
- Slice across the grain and enjoy!
