  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.
  2. Season your tri tip with salt, pepper, and garlic
  3. Place in bag with butter and rosemary
  4. Cook for 2 hours on 128 F

Stove Top

  1. Get cast iron pan on high heat with the oils and butter
  2. Sear steaks on all sides
  3. Slice across the grain and enjoy!
