  • 2-3 lb tri tip roast

  • Grill Mates Montreal Steak Brown sugar Cayenne pepper Garlic salt,

Directions

  • Step 1

    Rub meat with generous amount of rub.

  • Step 2

    Seal in airtight bag.

  • Step 3

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.

  • Step 4

    Cook for 6 hrs at 128 degrees

    • Grill / Broiler

    • Step 0

      Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towel

    • Step 1

      Rub meat with generous amount of dry rub seasoning

    • Step 2

      Sear on grill at 550 + degrees. Do not overcook.

    • Step 3

      Let rest for 5 minutes before carving.
