Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rub meat with generous amount of rub.
  2. Seal in airtight bag.
  3. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.
  4. Cook for 6 hrs at 128 degrees

Grill / Broiler

  1. Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towel
  2. Rub meat with generous amount of dry rub seasoning
  3. Sear on grill at 550 + degrees. Do not overcook.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before carving.
