Ingredients
- 2-3 lb tri tip roast
- Grill Mates Montreal Steak Brown sugar Cayenne pepper Garlic salt,
Directions
- Rub meat with generous amount of rub.
- Seal in airtight bag.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 128.0ºF / 53.3ºC.
- Cook for 6 hrs at 128 degrees
Grill / Broiler
- Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towel
- Rub meat with generous amount of dry rub seasoning
- Sear on grill at 550 + degrees.
Do not overcook.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before carving.
