Ingredients for 0

  • Top Round “London Broil” steak (2 1/2lbs)

  • Liberal amount of salt

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Fresh cracked pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Remove steak from refrigerator and pat dry

  • Step 2

    Liberally apply salt, garlic & onion powders, and pepper to ALL sides.

  • Step 3

    Place in water bath at 131 degrees for 12 hours

  • Step 4

    Remove from bath, pat steak dry

  • Step 5

    Preheat cast iron skillet on high

  • Step 6

    Coat BOTH steak and a preheated cast iron with a cooking oil (olive)

  • Step 7

    Sear on EACH side of the steak until liking (approximately 1-2 minutes per side)
