Ingredients
- Top Round “London Broil” steak (2 1/2lbs)
- Liberal amount of salt
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
- Remove steak from refrigerator and pat dry
- Liberally apply salt, garlic & onion powders, and pepper to ALL sides.
- Place in water bath at 131 degrees for 12 hours
- Remove from bath, pat steak dry
- Preheat cast iron skillet on high
- Coat BOTH steak and a preheated cast iron with a cooking oil (olive)
- Sear on EACH side of the steak until liking (approximately 1-2 minutes per side)
