Ingredients for 2

  • Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Pepper - Fresh Ground

  • Kinders Buttery Steakhouse Rub

  • Trader Joe’s Coffee Garlic Rub

  • Kerrygold Salted Butter

  • 2.5lb tomahawk steak

Directions

  • Step 1

    Salt steak heavily and place uncovered in fridge for a minimum of one hour (overnight is preferable).

  • Step 2

    Add liberal amounts of pepper and/or rub

  • Step 3

    Sous vide for 4 hours

      Sear on hot skillet or grill

      Add butter while grilling

    • Step 2

      Allow to rest for 10 mins before cutting
