Directions

  • Step 1

    850gm tomahawk. Salt, pepper and truffle infused olive oil

  • Step 2

    55.0C for 80min

  • Step 3

    Pat dry and ready for sear

  • Step 4

    Charcoal... as hot as I can get it

      Sear for 90sec either side. Butane torch for the sides.

    • Step 1

      Rest for 10min before carving to serve

      Garnish with extra parsley
