Ingredients
- 850gm tomahawk
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Basil
Directions
- 850gm tomahawk. Salt, pepper and truffle infused olive oil
- 55.0C for 80min
- Pat dry and ready for sear
- Charcoal... as hot as I can get it
Finishing Steps
- Sear for 90sec either side. Butane torch for the sides.
- Rest for 10min before carving to serve
- Garnish with extra parsley
