  1. 850gm tomahawk. Salt, pepper and truffle infused olive oil
  2. 55.0C for 80min
  3. Pat dry and ready for sear
  4. Charcoal... as hot as I can get it

Finishing Steps

  1. Sear for 90sec either side. Butane torch for the sides.
  2. Rest for 10min before carving to serve
  3. Garnish with extra parsley
