  • 1 inch thick cut rib on bone (aged if possible)

  • Rosemary sprig

  • Thyme sprig

  • Sea salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place uncooked steak in vacuum bag with all ingredients and place in water bath immediately.

    Cook for 2 hours

      Remove from bag and place on bbq grill turning every 30 secs for max of 2 mins

    • Step 1

      Remove and rest for 5 mins. Slice and serve on platter for the best steak in town!
