Ingredients
- 1 inch thick cut rib on bone (aged if possible)
- Rosemary sprig
- Thyme sprig
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Place uncooked steak in vacuum bag with all ingredients and place in water bath immediately.
- Cook for 2 hours
Finishing Steps
- Remove from bag and place on bbq grill turning every 30 secs for max of 2 mins
- Remove and rest for 5 mins. Slice and serve on platter for the best steak in town!
