  1. Place uncooked steak in vacuum bag with all ingredients and place in water bath immediately.
  2. Cook for 2 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from bag and place on bbq grill turning every 30 secs for max of 2 mins
  2. Remove and rest for 5 mins. Slice and serve on platter for the best steak in town!
