  • Pork chops

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Fresh crushed garlic

  • Or your favorite pork rub or seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season pork chops liberally

  • Step 3

    Place in bag with fresh thyme sprigs or other aromatics

  • Step 4

    Place bag under the water bath for 1 hour

    • Stovetop

      Get a pan ripping hot

    • Step 1

      Remove pork from the bag and pat dry on both sides

    • Step 2

      Slit through the fat on one side of the chops to prevent them from curling in the pan

    • Step 3

      sear the chops until golden brown on both sides
