Directions

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

Season pork chops liberally

Place in bag with fresh thyme sprigs or other aromatics

Place bag under the water bath for 1 hour

Remove pork from the bag and pat dry on both sides
