Ingredients
- Pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh crushed garlic
- Or your favorite pork rub or seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Season pork chops liberally
- Place in bag with fresh thyme sprigs or other aromatics
- Place bag under the water bath for 1 hour
Stovetop
- Get a pan ripping hot
- Remove pork from the bag and pat dry on both sides
- Slit through the fat on one side of the chops to prevent them from curling in the pan
- sear the chops until golden brown on both sides
