Ingredients for 0
8-12 oz Ribeye Steak
Salt ( well season) 1 tbs or more
Pepper (well season) 1 tbs or more
2ea. Fresh Rosemary sprigs
Extra Virgin olive oil 2 tbs
Directions

Step 1
Add olive oil, salt and pepper (well season) to your steak. Before this please pat dry your steak.

Step 2
Let steak marinate in fridge for 1 day.

Vacuum seal steak with fresh rosemary sprigs

Step 4
Place in sous vide for 2hrs @ 137F

Step 5
After cook in finish pat dry steak and let rest for 10min.

Step 6
Place over temperature to 450F. When reaching temperature add steaks in oven rack for 10min or until steak reaches roast consistency.

Step 7
Take steak out and let rest for 10min.

Eat!
