Want that Perfect Medium Ribeye!! The majority of steak lovers are about Medium Rare steak! I am that person! However my wife is still not in that level. So why not provide a true Medium steak cook that can satisfy both of us! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add olive oil, salt and pepper (well season) to your steak. Before this please pat dry your steak.
  2. Let steak marinate in fridge for 1 day.
  3. Vacuum seal steak with fresh rosemary sprigs
  4. Place in sous vide for 2hrs @ 137F
  5. After cook in finish pat dry steak and let rest for 10min.
  6. Place over temperature to 450F. When reaching temperature add steaks in oven rack for 10min or until steak reaches roast consistency.
  7. Take steak out and let rest for 10min.
  8. Eat!
