The Perfect true Medium Ribeye Steal
Want that Perfect Medium Ribeye!! The majority of steak lovers are about Medium Rare steak! I am that person! However my wife is still not in that level. So why not provide a true Medium steak cook that can satisfy both of us! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8-12 oz Ribeye Steak
- Salt ( well season) 1 tbs or more
- Pepper (well season) 1 tbs or more
- 2ea. Fresh Rosemary sprigs
- Extra Virgin olive oil 2 tbs
Directions
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper (well season) to your steak. Before this please pat dry your steak.
- Let steak marinate in fridge for 1 day.
- Vacuum seal steak with fresh rosemary sprigs
- Place in sous vide for 2hrs @ 137F
- After cook in finish pat dry steak and let rest for 10min.
- Place over temperature to 450F. When reaching temperature add steaks in oven rack for 10min or until steak reaches roast consistency.
- Take steak out and let rest for 10min.
- Eat!
