Ingredients for 0

  • Chuck Steak

  • Fresh garlic lightly crushed

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season Chuck Steak with 0.5% salt Season with pepper to your liking

  • Step 2

    Add seasoned steak to ziplock bag along with 1-2 cloves of lightly crushed Garlick and a sprig of rosemary.

  • Step 3

    Add bag to container and cook at 130F for 24-30 hours, depending on preference. (min 24 hours).

  • Step 4

    Remove steak from bag and pat dry

  • Step 5

    Season with additional 1.5% salt and pepper to your liking

  • Step 6

    Grill over very hot coal fire until crust is formed on both sides (approx 1 to 2 min each side). Baste with melted butter while searing

  • Step 7

    Rest for 5 minutes and serve
