Ingredients
- Chuck Steak
- Fresh garlic lightly crushed
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Butter
Directions
- Season Chuck Steak with 0.5% salt
Season with pepper to your liking
- Add seasoned steak to ziplock bag along with 1-2 cloves of lightly crushed Garlick and a sprig of rosemary.
- Add bag to container and cook at 130F for 24-30 hours, depending on preference. (min 24 hours).
- Remove steak from bag and pat dry
- Season with additional 1.5% salt and pepper to your liking
- Grill over very hot coal fire until crust is formed on both sides (approx 1 to 2 min each side). Baste with melted butter while searing
- Rest for 5 minutes and serve
