Salt and Pepper.
Thinly sliced Fresh Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC

Step 2
Put all ingredients plus whatever else you decide on a skinless chicken breast, place in a vacuum bag, seal and put into the water.

I use a stove top but you may use whatever you like

Remove cooked breast, pat dry, paint with a thin layer of Mayonnaise and flash fry on all sides.
