Ingredients for 1

  • Chicken Breast(s)

  • Salt and Pepper.

  • Thinly sliced Fresh Garlic

  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC

  • Step 2

    Put all ingredients plus whatever else you decide on a skinless chicken breast, place in a vacuum bag, seal and put into the water.

    • I use a stove top but you may use whatever you like

    • Step 0

      Remove cooked breast, pat dry, paint with a thin layer of Mayonnaise and flash fry on all sides.

    • Step 1

      ENJOY!
