You know how skinless Chicken Breasts are usually dry and tasteless? NOT ANYMORE!  This super easy method is tender and juicy and for the very first time in my life, I like Chicken Breasts.

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 150ºF / 65.6ºC
  2. Put all ingredients plus whatever else you decide on a skinless chicken breast, place in a vacuum bag, seal and put into the water.

I use a stove top but you may use whatever you like

  1. Remove cooked breast, pat dry, paint with a thin layer of Mayonnaise and flash fry on all sides.
  2. ENJOY!
