Ingredients for 4
Beef tri tip
Onion
Salt free butter
Bell peppers
Directions

Step 1
Put the pre-seasoned tri tip into your cooking bag with 2-4 large onion slices that are 1/4” thick. Add half a stick of unsalted butter cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut your bell peppers up and place them in the bag as well

Cook at 136.9 degrees for 4-6 hours. We like it closer to 6 hours

Sear the tri tip for around 7 minutes per side and don’t forget to sear the peppers and onions as well

Slice up the tri tip and cut against the grain

Now make some tacos and enjoy
