Ingredients
- Beef tri tip
- Onion
- Salt free butter
- Bell peppers
Directions
- Put the pre-seasoned tri tip into your cooking bag with 2-4 large onion slices that are 1/4” thick. Add half a stick of unsalted butter cut into 4 equal pieces. Cut your bell peppers up and place them in the bag as well
- Cook at 136.9 degrees for 4-6 hours. We like it closer to 6 hours
Finishing Steps
- Sear the tri tip for around 7 minutes per side and don’t forget to sear the peppers and onions as well
- Slice up the tri tip and cut against the grain
- Now make some tacos and enjoy
